I’ve been wanting to have a personal blog for a long time — I’ve had a stream-of-consciousness one in my mind for ages; friends and family say to me, oh you should write that down!; and I responded with inertia. But, with the help and encouragement of my dear friend Rob in France, I finally decided to put pen to ether. I travel around for my work and family — and see the most amazing, amusing sites and hear great, offbeat stories and anecdotes. I’m interested especially in music, theatre, travel, lifestyle, world events and great branding. So welcome to my online diary – and please let me know what you think. Drawing on my experience working for global leaders, and equally comfortable working from a client or agency perspective, I’m genuinely curious about people and companies. As the link between client and creative teams, I’m a hands-on do-er. With a strong background in writing, theatre and communications, I help foster productive relationships, and interpret the needs and languages of client and agency partners for successful program implementation a constructive, productive, harmonious project environment.
My clients include premiere brand consultancies and advertising agencies, specialist communications firms, and major global corporations. I have counseled leaders in a wide range of industries – financial services, telecoms, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, fashion, QSRs – in B2B and B2C, profit and not-for-profit in the US, UK, Europe, Israel and South America.
